| Computer Rentals & More was founded October 15, 1993 as
a partnership between Tim Aman and Glen Otto. Their primary focus was to offer
the Bismarck/Mandan community a part time computer rental store with an emphasis
on Rent To Own. While operating out of a basement and placing ads in the local yellow pages, business soon increased and the operation was moved to 1102 S Washington St. With a steady business of rental contracts, the need for repairs and replacement components became a necessary part of the business. A third party supplier was established and the rebuilding and building of computers was incorporated into the business. As business grew with the increased demand for new custom built computers, the business became incorporated on 1/1/97. With the incorporation and growth happening within the business, the name Computer Rentals & More was changed to C-Ram, Inc. On April 1, 1997 C-Ram moved to the present location of 1401 S 12th St. The building, built specifically for C-Ram, encompasses 8800 square feet and has five separate work related areas. Since moving to the new location C-Ram has seen substantial growth in the market and has brought on seven additional employees. |
